Bourdier, 63, of Jonesboro, died Monday in a Jonesboro clinic after a sudden illness. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield with the Rev. Phole of Jonesboro officiating. Interment followed in the Winnfield Cemetery. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Howard O. Drewett, Winnfield, and Mrs. G. D. Franklin, Joyce; three brothers, Rev. J. A. Cockerham, Winnfield, Arnold W. Cockerham, Shreveport, David E. Cockerham, Jonesville; and a large number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers, all nephews, were Woody Dee Bilyeu, Alvin M. Cockerham, Eugene Hearne, Danny Ray Cockerham, Willie Roy Cockerham, and Randy Barr.
