Funeral Rites For Albert L. Cox Held Wed.

Albert L. Cox, 48, died Monday, September 9, 1968 after a brief illness.

Funeral services were held in the Southern Funeral Home chapel at 3 p.m.
today, Sept. 11, with Brother Eugene Love and Rev. W. A. Wimbs officiating.

Burial will be in the Guin Cemetery near Winnfield.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Iley D. Cox of Winnfield; his
widow; one son, Lee Cox of Winnfield; two daughters, Mrs. Violet Shumake of
Winnfield and Mrs. Ann May Head of Sikes; two brothers, James Cox of
Winnfield, Clarence Cox of San Antonio, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie
Dubois of Tyler, Tex., Mrs. Ophelia Hooter and Mrs. Frances Primrose, both of
Houston, Tex., and seven grandchildren.
