Cailleteau, 55, of 188 Pennsylvania Ave., who died Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the Barksdale Air Force Base hospital after a long illness, were held Saturday in Shreveport. Burial was in the Winnfield Cemetery in Winnfield at 4 p.m. Mrs. Cailleteau had lived in Shreveport 12 years and was a member of the First Methodist Church. She was a native of Winnfield. Mrs. Cailleteau was the former Miss Clara Gilcrease of Winnfield where she was known as "Pat". For many years she managed the local office of the Telephone Company here. She is survived by her husband, Lt. Col. (retd.) Walter D. Cailleteau; a son, Walter Willis Cailleteau and her mother, Mrs. G. W. Gilcrease, all of Shreveport; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret G. Robert, Jr., and Miss Sadie Gilcrease, both of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Zula G. Bannerman of Shreveport; three brothers, O. E. Gilcrease of Oak Ridge, Tenn., John R. Gilcrease of Shreveport, and Prince Gilcrease of Gilbert, La.
