Mrs. Callender

Fannie L. Callender, 85, of Winnfield, died at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 16,
1978 in the local hospital.

She was a native of Pollock and a member of Urania First Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Luther Callender of Roseburg, Ore., Charles
Callender of Urania, and Harvey Callender of North Bend, Ore., two daughters,
Doris Garner of Winnfield and Pearl McGraw of Charlotte, N. C., 21
grandchildren, several great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Friday in Urania First Baptist Church with the
Revs. Doris Dearman and Jack Baucum officiating.  Burial was in Friendship
Cemetery, Pollock, under direction of Southern.
