Leon Cantwell

Funeral services for Leon Cantwell, 64, of 313 North Ridge Road, Little Rock,
Arkansas, 72205, were held Friday, September 18, at Pulaski Methodist Church
in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was a member.  He died Wednesday, September
16, 1981, from cardiovascular complications in a Little Rock hospital.

Leon Cantwell was a Winnfield native, the son of the late Judge and Mrs. Roy
D. Cantwell, who lived for many years on West Lafayette Street.  Mr. and. Mrs.
Leon Cantwell resided at one time in an apartment on West Court Street (site
of present A & P Store), and Mrs. Cantwell was employed at the Winn Parish
Library.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Frances Cantwell; two daughters, Edna and
Mary; and two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Coombs of Shreveport and Mrs. Marion
Bickham of Houston, Texas.
