Ernest Caples, 23, Dies at His Parents' Home in Dodson, La.

Ernest Caples, age about 23 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Caples of Dodson,
succumbed at the home of his parents Saturday following an illness of 30 days,
the victim of pneumonia.

Young Caples is survived by Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Caples, a number of brothers
and sisters, and others.  The funeral services were conducted at the Baptist
Church Sunday afternoon at 2:30 with the Rev. C. J. White of Hodge and Rev.
Earl Guinn of Pineville in charge.  Interment was made in the cemetery at
Gaars Mill near Dodson.
