L. N. Capps, 43, Buried Tuesday

Funeral services were held Wednesday for L. N. Capps, 43, who died Tuesday in
Winnfield General Hospital.  Last rites were conducted in East Winnfield
Baptist Church with Rev. Alwin Stokes officiating.  Burial was in Gorham
Cemetery.

Pallbearers were R. C. Carter, C. E. Lee, J. V. Hammonds, Floyd Jordan, Lonnie
Jordan, and Sam Banes.

He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Elizabeth Marie; his mother, Mrs. H.
F. Jordan of Winnfield Route 2; three sisters, Mrs. Maybelle Lee, West Monroe,
Mrs. J. V. Hammonds, LaMarque, Texas, and Mrs. R. C. Carter, Shreveport.
