Mrs. Louella Carter

Winnfield, La. - Louella Miller Carter, 77, of Winnfield, died Monday in
a Winnfield hospital.
   She is survived by her husband, Leon C. Carter of Winnfield; a
daughter, Mrs. Louise C. Watts of Winnfield; two brothers, Homer Miller
and Walter Miller, both of Bienville; three sisters, Mrs. J. C. Webb and
Mrs. Willie Lee Thompson, both of Bernice, and Mrs. J. W. Hammett of
Monroe, and two grandchildren.
   Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Southern Funeral
Home by Rev. W. R. Gage. Burial was in Winnfield cemetery.
