Bierd and James Poole officiating. An Order of the Eastern Star service followed the sermon. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Blanchard-St. Denis, Natchitcohes. Mrs. Cardozier, 92, of Natchitoches, died at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 1987 in Natchitoches Parish Hospital, Natchitoches. She was formerly of Montgomery. She was a member of the Mount Zion United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School for 40 years. She was a native of Wheeling and a member of the Order of Eastern Star Pioneer Chapter No. 183. Survivors include one son, Dr. V. Ray Cardozier of Austin, Texas; one daughter, Juanita C. Kilpatrick of Natchitoches; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. (Dr. V. Ray Cardozier should be Dr. Burgess Ray Cardozier)
