Lelia Cardozier

Services for Lelia Megison Cardozier were held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Mount
Zion United Methodist Church with the Revs. Sherman L. Bierd and James Poole
officiating.  An Order of the Eastern Star service followed the sermon. 
Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Blanchard-St. Denis,
Natchitcohes.

Mrs. Cardozier, 92, of Natchitoches, died at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 1987
in Natchitoches Parish Hospital, Natchitoches.

She was formerly of Montgomery.  She was a member of the Mount Zion United
Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School for 40 years.  She was a
native of Wheeling and a member of the Order of Eastern Star Pioneer Chapter
No. 183.

Survivors include one son, Dr. V. Ray Cardozier of Austin, Texas; one
daughter, Juanita C. Kilpatrick of Natchitoches; four grandchildren and four
great grandchildren.
