Mother of Mrs. Arthur Brewster Succumbs

Mrs. Mary Carline, 65, of Rt. 2, Robeline, died Monday in a Natchitoches
hospital.  She was a native of Winnfield and was the mother of Mrs. Arthur
Brewster of Winnfield.

Last rites were conducted at the Hickory Grove Methodist Church, Robeline,
Tuesday at 10 a.m. with burial in the Shamrock Cemetery.

Other survivors include three other daughters, Mrs. Bernice Colston and Mrs.
Sidney Niete, both of Robeline, and Mrs. Cleve O'Con of Natchitoches; one son,
Melvin Carline, Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. L. A. Chandler, Dry Prong and
Mrs. M. E. Webb, of Robeline; 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
