H. H. Carroll Dies; Burial At Goldonna

Funeral services for Howard H. Carroll, 62, of Rt. 2, Winnfield, were held at
2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of southern Funeral Home here with the Revs.
James Gorham and W. F. Harrell officiating.

Burial was in Goldonna Cemetery at Goldonna.

Mr. Carroll died Sunday, February 9, 1975 at his residence after a short \
illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Villie Carroll of Winnfield; one son, Don
Howard Carroll of Winnfield; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Smith of Alexandria and
Mrs. Nita Veillon of Ville Platte; three brothers, R. C. Carroll of
Springhill, Neal Carroll of Ball, and Elbert Carroll of Georgetown; and seven 
grandchildren.
