Cardozier, 56, formerly of Montgomery, Route 1, succumbed Monday in a Monroe hospital after a long illness. Funeral services were held at Mt. Zion Church in Winn Parish on July 7 with interment in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Mr. Cardozier, who had been a Winn Parish farmer, was making his home with his daughter, Mrs. Babe Simmons, of Winnfield. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Babe Simmons of Winnfield and Mrs. Helen Ragan, Monroe; and a son, Johnny Cardozier, a member of the U. S. Navy; threes sisters, Mrs. Ola Cook, Columbia, Mrs. Angie Carter, Montgomery, and Mrs. Sallie Luther, Shreveport; and two brothers, J. C. and N. D. Cardozier, both of Montgomery, Route 1.
