Mrs. Johnson, 91, Succumbs; Rites To Be At Mt. Zion

Mrs. Clara Fowler Johnson, 91, of Montgomery, died at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday,
November 24, 1971 at her residence.

She was a native of Winn Parish and the oldest living member of Mt. Zion
Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Zion Methodist Church
with Rev. G. A. McVay officiating, assisted by Rev. Roy Moore.  Burial will be
in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Survivors include one son, Earl Johnson of Montgomery, one daughter, Mrs.
Gracie Sheffield of Montgomery; one brother, Sam Fowler of Montgomery, and
five grandchildren.
