Funeral services were conducted at the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, on Tuesday, Jan. 2, at 10 a.m. with Elder R. W. Rhodes officiating. Interment was in the Corinth Tabernacle Cemetery, Winn Parish. She is survived by her husband, H. A. (Zan) Cheatwood, Ruston; one daughter, Mrs. Anthony Henderson, West Monroe; one brother, L. M. Gentry, Winnfield; two grandchildren, two nephews, Elgie Gentry, Concrete, Washington, and Harmon Chandler, Winnfield; one niece, Mrs. Maybelle Dalby, Winnfield, and a host of other relatives. Mrs. Cheatwood came to Winn Parish as a small child with her family and lived most of her life in Winn Parish near her brother's place on the Alexandria highway.
