She was 82 and was a native of Winnfield, being the former Miss Ola Banks. Last rites and burial were in Bossier City with interment in the Old Fillmore Cemetery in Bossier Parish. Mrs. Chandler is survived by two sons, W. R. Chandler, Bossier City, and John N. Chandler, Houston, Texas; one brother, Melton Banks of Winnfield; one sister, Mrs. George Butler, West Monroe; three grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
