Funeral Services Held Tuesday For Robert L. Clemens

Funeral services for Robert Lee Clemens, 73, were conducted Tuesday, October
14, at Antioch in Ward 10.  Mr. Clemens, a resident of Tullos at the time of
his death was originally from Ward 10, where he lived for many years.

Rev. C. M. Robinson conducted the funeral, held at 2 p.m.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Archie Ponds of Tullos; one son, Herman
Clemens of Lake Charles; one stepson, Dale Bates of Zenoria, La.; six
grandchildren, four step-grandchildren; two sisters, one his twin sister, Mrs.
Parlee Williams of Warren, Ark., and Mrs. Alice Steelman of Parish, Texas; and
a host of nieces and nephews.
