Mrs. Pearl Clifton

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Antioch Methodist Church
for Mrs. Pearl Clifton, age 71, who died Friday morning in a local hospital. 
The Rev. Mrs. Hazel Anderson and the Rev. E. C. Yokum officiated.  Burial was
in the Antioch Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Surviving are one son, Lawson Griggs of Fort Hood, Tex.; one step-son, Porter
Clifton of Goldonna; two daughters, Mrs. Leduth Durbin and Mrs. Laura
Carmichael, both of Goldonna; one step-daughter, Mrs. Ezra Hataway of
Goldonna; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Out of town relatives attending the last rites were Mrs. Douglas Roberts of
Saline, niece of Mrs. Clifton, Mrs. Ester Wallingsford of Sherman, Ark., and
Mr. and Mrs. Luther Bellman of Sherman, Ark.
