T. W. Clifton Of Goldonna Is Buried At Pine Ridge Cemetery

Funeral services for T. W. Clifton, who died at his home in Goldonna, La.,
Tuesday, May 7, were held May 8th at Pine Ridge Cemetery.  The Rev. L. V.
Fratenberry of Goldonna officiated.  A host of relatives and friends attended
the services.

Mr. Clifton, who was known as "Uncle Tom" by his many friends and relatives in
the community and parish, was born and reared in Winn Parish.  He united with
the Methodist Church at an early age.  He lived to reach the golden age of
seventy-four.

Uncle Tom is survived by two sisters, Miss Simma Clifton and Mrs. C. C. Raborn
of Goldonna; one brother, J. C. Clifton of Pioneer, La., and a large number
of relatives and friends.
