All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** From: August 4, 1966 Winn Parish Enterprise News-American Mrs. Cockerham Buried At Old Union Aug. 3 Funeral services for Mrs. Henry Cockerham, 66, of Winnfield, who died unexpectedly Monday, August 1, 1966, in a local hospital, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. D. L. Callendar and the Rev. Willie James officiated. Burial was in the Old Union Cemetery near Winnfield. She was a lifelong resident of Winn Parish and a member of the South Winnfield Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Lee Wood of Winnfield; three sons, N. C. Graham and Ellis Graham, both of Alexandria, and G. W. Graham of Port Arthur, Texas; four brothers, Todd Moore of West Monroe, Fred Moore of Houston, Texas, Bob Moore of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Tom Moore of Minden; one sister, Mrs. Helen Harrell of Port Allen, La., and five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Woodrow Gough, Francis Walker, Max Allen, James Massey, Allen Massey, Thomas Frederick.
