Mrs. Nancy Cockerham Dies At Joyce; Buried At Union Cemetery

Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Cockerham,
42, of Joyse, La., October 30.  

Mrs. Cockerham was born in Smith County, Miss., but has lived in Joyce for a
number of years.  She was a member of the Union Baptist Church and was buried
at the Union Cemetery by the Rev. J. A. McMurry.

Mrs. Cockerham is survived by ten children, all of whom live in Joyce, except
one married son, Alfred Cockerham.  She is survived by seven brothers and two
sisters, all residing in Winnsboro, except one brother, John Keyes of Sardis.
