Roy G. "Geoge" Cook

Funeral services for Roy G. "George" Cook were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the
Southern Chapel with Rev. James Holbrook officiating.  Burial was in Garden of
Memories under direction of Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield.

Mr. Cook, age 40, of Winnfield, died Tuesday, November 14, 1995 in Winn Parish
Medical Center.  Mr. Cook was a dispatcher for Winn Parish Sheriff's
Department.

Survivors include his wife, Dana A. Cook of Winnfield; one stepson, Mark
Pierce of Winnfield; his parents, Gilbert and Betty Cook, both of Winnfield;
two brothers, Dale Cook of Winnfield and Patrick Cook of Pasadena, Tx., and
one grandchild.
