J. L. Collier, Sr. Services Are Held Tuesday

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Hixson Funeral Home for J.
Leonard Collier, Sr., 63, who died Sunday in an Alexandria hospital.

Mr. Collier, a resident of Campti, Natchitoches Parish, was an insurance
salesman.  Burial was in the Davis Springs Cemetery at Campti.

Survivors include a son, J. Leonard Collier, Jr. of Alexandria; four
daughters, Mrs. Alice C. Jamison of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and Mrs. Marilyn
Rabalais and Misses Sandra and Cindy Collier, all of Alexandria; two brothers,
M. F. Collier of Atlanta and Harold Collier of Natchitoches; one sister,
Mrs. Nita Raggio of Natchitoches; and four grandchildren.
