Winn Native Dies; Burial Held At Mt. Zion

Services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rose-Neath Funeral Home's Marshall
Street Chapel for Mrs. I. W. Collier, 83, of Shreveport, who died Saturday,
February 14, 1976 at her daughter's Bossier City residence after a long
illness.

A native of Winn Parish, Mrs. Collier had lived in Shreveport for 21 years and
was a member of the Bible Missionary Church.

Officiating were the Rev. Steve Robinson, pastor of Bible Missionary Church,
and the Rev. D. M. Duke, pastor of Huntington Church of Nazarene. The Rev.
Hoff Of Bible Missionary Church was the moderator. Burial was in the Mt. Zion
Cemetery in Winn Parish.

Survivors include her husband, I. W. Collier of Shreveport, a daughter, Mrs.
W. B. Hunter of Bossier City; six grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and
one great great grandchild.
