Mrs. Emma Conn Dies; Interment At New Hope

Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Florence Conn, 82, of Winnfield, were held at
3 p.m. Sunday at the Assembly of God Church here with the Revs. W. F. Harrell
and Alson Jeter officiating.

Burial was in New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Sohtuerh Funeral Home
here.

Mrs. Conn died Friday, March 26, 1971 at Winnfield General Hospital following
a long illness.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie R. Conn of Winnfield; two sons, Coy
Conn of Alexandria and George W. Conn of Pineville; a daughter, Mrs. Hazel
French of Winnfield; one brother, Rusa Elliott of Missouri; two sisters, Mrs.
Rosa Branch of Dodson and Mrs. Mary Flowers of Olla; seven grandchildren and
six great grandchildren.
