Final Rites Held For Jim Cook, Saturday

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 17 for Jim Cook at the Mt. Zion
Methodist Church at 2:30 p.m.  Mr. Cook, who died in Columbia, was formerly a
resident of Wheeling community.

Services were conducted by Rev. J. A. Jones of Oak Grove and he was assisted
by Rev. Rousseau, pastor of the Mt. Zion Church.  Interment was held in the
Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Mr. Cook is survived by his wife, two daughters, three sons, two sisters, Mrs.
F. L. Mitchell, Mrs. Annie Sholars of Texas; one brother, Mr. Willie Cook of
Haynesville.
