Mrs. Corley, 88, Georgetown Resident, Dies

Funeral services for Mrs. Eula Corley, 88, of Georgetown were held Monday at 2
p.m. in the Selma Methodist Church with the Rev. Fred Wideman and the Rev. J.
D. Scott officiating.

Burial was in the Georgetown Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Brothers
Funeral Home of Jena.

Mrs. Corley died Saturday, August 6, 1977 at her residence following a lengthy
illness.

Survivors include three sons, Harold Corley of Jena, L. D. Corley of New
Iberia, and Herschel Corley of Georgetown; one daughter, Mrs. Eunice
Williamson of Georgetown; 17 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren, and three
great great grandchildren.
