Dr. W. B. Corley, Brother Of Jesse Corley, Succumbs

Dr. Walter B. Corley, 80 year old Alexandria dentist, died Saturday in an
Alexandria hospital.  He was a native of Grant Parish and was the brother of
Jesse Corley of Winnfield.

Dr. Corley lived most of his lifetime in Alexandria where he hand numerous
important offices.  He was past president of the Louisiana Dental Association,
a member of the Eighth Dental Assn., American Dental Assn., and a fellow of
the American College of Dentistry.

He was also a deacon in Emmanuel Baptist Church, and a member of the
Alexandria Rotary Club, and treasurer of the Salvation Army advisory board.

Burial was in the Greenwood Memorial Cemetery.
