Hazel Cox

Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in South Winnfield Baptist Church with
the Rev. Kelly Tingle and Kenneth Tarver, officiating.  Burial was in
Winnfield Cemetery under direction of Southern.

Mrs. Cox, 65, of Winnfield died at 8:15 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 1984 in Humana
Hospital Winn Parish.

She was a native of Winn Parish and a member of South Winnfield Baptist
Church.

Survivors include her husband, Chester Cox of Winnfield; two daughters,
Marlene Frederick and Lanell Frederick, both of Winnfield; one brother, Frank
Scott, Jr., of Winnfield; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
