Mrs. Leanna Cox Of Montgomery Dies

Mrs. Leanna Cox of Montgomery died Friday, Dec. 12, at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Jesse Morrell following a lingering illness.  Funeral services were held
Sunday from the Mt. Zion Methodist Church with the Rev. Lula Wardlow and the
Rev. Richardson officiating.  Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Pallbearers were John Lambert, Bobbie Lambert, Travis Curlee, Jesse Lee
Morrell, Douglas Curlee, and James Ray Morrell.

The deceased was born in Winn Parish on July 24, 1968 and was 90 years of age.

Survivors include two sons, Ruben Plunkett and Henry Cox; two daughters, Mrs.
Jessie Morrell and Mrs. Pearl Lambert; 20 grandchildren; 43 great 
grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Edna
Rogers.
