All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** From: April 30, 1980 Winn Parish Enterprise & Winnfield News-American Obituaries-Mrs. Irma Crain Funeral services for Irma Galloway Crain, 76, of 625 Jordan Street, Shreveport, were held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 29, 1980, in the South Side Chapel of Rose Neath Funeral Home with Reverend Dan Gardner, Pastor of the Brookwood Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery. Mrs. Crain, a native of Arcadia and the widow of the late Ross Crain, died Sunday in Willis-Knighton Hospital. She was the retired owner of Crain Pack and Shop. Survivors include a stepson, Cedric H. Crain of River Vale, New Jersey; a stepdaughter, Cassyle Price (Mrs. McArdis Price) of Shreveport; and a daughter, Carolyn Enson, of Shreveport; three sisters, a brother; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren and her sister in law, Mrs. Roy Gaar of the New Hope Community. Pallbearers were Billy Kidd, Earl Gaar, Jack Gaar, Marvin Crain, Robert Moody and Larry Bowman.
