Cardozier Dies Of Injuries Received On Job Funeral services were conducted Monday, January 20, 3 p.m., for James Ogleton Cardozier, 30, who died January 16, 1947, in a hospital in Casper, Wyoming, as a result of injuries received while working on a construction job with the Kellogg Company of Casper. Services were conducted at Mt. Zion Methodist Church with the Rev. J. A. Jones of Glenmora officiating. Assisting were Rev. T. A. Brown, Rev. Mrs. Lula Wardlow, and Rev. Atkins. Interment was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Alexandria. Surviving are two children, Charlotte, age 5, Jimmy Glynn, 18 months, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Cardozier, one brother, Ray, one sister, Juanita, all of Montgomery, Route One. Active pallbearers were Granvil Kilpatrick, P. K. Smith, Henry Kieffer, Bernard Harrison, Herschel Hughes, and Mr. Erwin.
