Mitchell Creel, 15, Succumbs; Rites Sunday

Mitchell Stacey Creel, 15, of Joyce died Friday, December 3, 1976 in his
residence after a long illness.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John F. Creel of Joyce; four
brothers, John Dolton Creel, Glynn Creel, Randy Creel, and Matthew Creel, all
of Joyce; maternal grandmother, Mrs. J. R. Oakes of Sikes, and paternal
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Silas Creel of Joyce.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Union Baptist Church with Revs. Glenn
Griffin and Willie James officiating.  Burial was in Union Cemetery under
direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
