Maxine Creel Funeral Held This Week

Maxine Creel, age 5 years, 10 months, 16 days, died Friday night, August 22,
at 9 o'clock after a short illness.

Services were conducted at the home, by Rev. D. W. McDaniel, assisted by Rev.
J. A. Cockerham.  Interment was made in the Old Union Cemetery.

Pallbearers were C. O. Sanders, Bryant Townsend, J. W. Wilkerson, J. H.
Lovell, Sam Massey, and Dave Morse.  The services were attended by a great
number of relatives and a host of friends.

The little child is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Creel, one
sister, Rose Nell, and two brothers, Adonis and R. H. Creel, Jr.
