Last Rites Held At Bethlehem Sunday For Carl Carter, 25

Last rites for Carl Carter, 25 years of age, who died at his home near Calvin,
January 23, 1940, were held at Bethlehem January 24, with the Rev. R. B.
Kitchingham, officiating.

Mr. Carter had been in ill health for some time, having a short while previous
to his death been a patient in the local clinic.

Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Carter of Calvin, and four
sisters, Mrs. Bertha Weeks, Goldonna, Mrs. Ellen Garrett, Mrs. Helen Walls,
and Mrs. Pearl Carpenter, all of Calvin, and his grandmother, Mrs. Rilla
Blake, and a host of relatives and friends.
