John D. Clark, 81, Succumbs; Rites Held Fri.

John D. Clark, 81, Goldonna, died at 1:45 a.m. Thursday, January 14, 1971,
at Natchitoches Manor Nursing Home after a long illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Goldonna Pentecostal Church
with Rev. L. Davis officiating.  Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.  Mr. Clark
was a retired farmer.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Willie Taylor and Mrs. Blanchard Hines,
both of Goldonna; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Scallion of Creston and Mrs. Allie
McLemore of Minden; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
