Mrs. J. A. Clark Succumbs, Rites Held Sunday

Mrs. John A. Clark, 65, of Winnfield, died Friday, January 21, 1972 in a
Winnfield hospital.

Survivors include her husband, John A. Clark; a daughter, Mrs. Donna Kay
Sanders of Minden; a step daughter, Mrs. T. J. Rice of Winnfield; a sister,
Mrs. Rosemary Casey of Winnfield; two brothers, Lonnie and Louis Parsons, both
of Winnfield; her father, Ellis Parsons of Franklin Parish; three
grandchildren and nine step-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Hixson Funeral Chapel with
Rev. L. B. Williams officiating.  Burial was in the Garden of Memories
Cemetery.

Pallbearers were H. C. McLeod, R. P. Goins, George Bemont, Wesley Jordan, Troy
Frederick, and Bill Frederick.
