Death Claims Mrs. W. N. Dunn On September 4

Mrs. Delia Ann Dunn, age 77 years, wife of W. N. Dunn, died at her home on the
Winnfield-Tullos highway several miles east of Winnfield on September 4th,
following a paralytic stroke, which she suffered several weeks before her
death.

Mrs. Dunn was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.  She and Mr. Dunn
had been married fifty years, and their wedding anniversary was on Wednesday
prior to her death.  Funeral services were held on Sunday morning at eleven
o'clock conducted by the Rev. J. A. McMurry.  Interment was in the Allen
Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, W. N. Dunn, who for many years served as a
member of the Winn Parish School Board from Ward 2, and two daughters, Mrs.
Delia Self and Mrs. Viola Allen, both of Ward Two.
