O. Dalme Joseph Oleat Dalme, 61, of Montgomery, died at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, August 23, 1978 in Rapides General Hospital. He was a native of Odra and was employed by the Office of Highways. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Myrtle D. Dalme of Montgomery; four daughters, Betty Cannon and Helen Lodrigue, both of Natchitoches, Carole Johnson and Linda Savory, both of Eunice; two sisters, Rose Edna Dalme of Natchez and Beatrice Toney of Leesville; five brothers, Ocie Dalme and J. H. Dalme, both of Natchez, Johnnie Dalme of Montgomery, T. C. Dalme of Cypress, and A. J. Dalme, Jr. of Leesville; and 10 grandchildren. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis, Natchitoches. Services were at 10 a.m. Friday in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Cloutierville with Rev. Gregory Going officiating. Burial was in Cloutierville Catholic Cemetery.
