Brother of Montgomery Residents Dies In West Monroe Wed.

George Melton Davison, 85, of Route 4, Arkansas Road, West Monroe, died at
Ridgecrest Nursing Home Wednesday, August 7, 1968 after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Friday at the New Chapel Hill Baptist
Church with the Rev. A. C. Cantrell officiating.

Burial was in New Chapel Hill Cemetery, West Monroe.

He was a native of Winn Parish and a resident of West Monroe for the past 21
years.  He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include two brothers, H. C. Davison and M. C. Davison, both of
Montgomery.
