Final Rites Held For Mrs. Melton Davison

Mrs. Melton Davison, 68, died at her home in West Monroe late Wednesday. 
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at New Chapel Hill
Baptist Church near West Monroe.  Rev. Connie Ward and Rev. Jessie Halley
officiated.  Burial was in the church cemetery.  

Survivors include her husband, Melvin Davidson of West Monroe; two daughters,
Mrs. W. H. Harbour of Bossier City and Mrs. M. H. Hammett of West Monroe; one
son, Joel S. Davidson, West Monroe; two sisters, Miss Bell Mitchell,
Montgomery and Mrs. Jodie Davidson, Atlanta; one brother, Ed Mitchell of
Montgomery; several grandchildren.
