Clifford C. Dean

Clifford C. Dean, 57, of Winnfield, died at 10:10 p.m. Thursday, December 2,
1982, in his home.

He was a veteran of World War II in the U. S. Navy and a retired construction
worker.

Survivors include two sons, Richard Lynn Dean of Minden and Danny McBride of
Winnfield; a daughter, Beth Shirley of Winnfield; four sisters, Ruby Howard of
Winnfield, Josie Thompson of Bastrop, Rozell Jones of Talladega, Ala., and
Georgia Rowton of Texarkana, Texas; and four grandchildren.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home
with the Revs. Lee Davidson and Wayne Davidson officiating.  Burial was in
Cypress Creek Cemetery near Dodson.
