Richard Dees Dies; Last Rites In Atlanta Thurs.

Richard Cortez Dees, 43, died in Lubbock, Texas, Monday.  He is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Richard C. Dees, Sr., of Winnfield

Funeral services will be held at the Atlanta Baptist Church Thursday at 10:30
a.m. with the Rev. Ray Teal officiating.  Burial will be in the church
cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral Home.

Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Jamerson of Monroe,
and Mrs. Nawana Hamilton of Dumas, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Catherine Dick
of Atlanta, Mrs. Opal Ferguson and Mrs. Howard Tarver of Winnfield; and his
parents of Winnfield.
