Mrs. Dickerson Dies After Long Illness

Funeral services for Mrs. Hannah P. Dickerson, 79, of Winnfield, were held at
10 a.m. Monday at Southern Funeral Home Chapel here with the Rev. Calvin
Phelps officiating.

Burial was in New Jerusalem Cemetery near Winnfield.

Mrs. Dickerson died Saturday, April __, 1977 at Orange Memorial Hospital in
Orange, Texas after a lengthy illness.

She was a employee of the State Welfare Department, a member of First Baptist
Church of Winnfield, and the Order of Eastern Star in Winnfield.

Survivors include three sons, Olan Dickerson of Shreveport, Billy Dickerson
of Sikeston, Mo., and Bobby Dickerson of Orange, Texas; one brother, Arlow 
Porter of Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Ashcroft of Minden and Mrs. Clotile 
Griffin of Alexandria; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
