Winn Native Dies In New Orleans Monday

Funeral services for Mrs. Janette Frazier Dillard, 73, native of Winn Parish,
were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday in New Orleans hospital.

Burial was in Hope Mausoleum in New Orleans.

Mrs. Dillard was the wife of William E. Dillard of New Orleans.  She is
survived by her husband and four sons, Wayne, Gerald, Kenneth, all of New
Orleans and Closs of Aruba, Dutch West Indies; two brothers, Joseph and
Cornelius Frazier of Winnfield; and many other friends and relatives.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Senora Beck Frazier, pioneer
settlers of this parish.

Attending the funeral from here were Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Frazier, Joe and
Cornelius Frazier, Mrs. A. B. White, Mrs. Ben Johnson of Memphis, Tennessee,
visiting here now, Mrs. Senora Nugent and Mrs. George Zubrod of Houston,
Texas, and Edgar Frazier.
