Mrs. Rosa Dixon Buried At Mars Hill March 9

Mrs. Rosa Dixon, age 61, of Winn Parish, near Montgomery, died in the
Pineville hospital March 8 and was buried March 9 in the Mars Hill Cemetery. 
Rev. Jones, Rev. Brown, Rev. H. H. McBride, and Rev. V. K. Fletcher officiated
at the services.

Mrs. Dixon is survived by her husband, W. G. Dixon, one daughter, Mrs. Omera
McLaren, Montgomery, La.; one son, Ollen Rucker, Columbia, La.; three
stepsons, O. H. Dixon, C. L. Dixon, and H. G. Dixon, Montgomery; her mother,
Mrs. Georgia Calhoun, Verda; two sisters, Mrs. M. O. LeBarron and Mrs. L. L.
McManus, of Verda; two brothers, R. D. Calhoun of Verda and Rev. A. A.
Calhoun, of Columbia.
