The widow of the late Lawrence Donohoe, Sr., was a native of Winn Parish and a member of the First Baptist Church in Winnfield. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Cox and Rev. W. R. Gage officiating. Burial was in the Winnfield City Cemetery. Survivors are one son, Lawrence Donohoe, Jr., of Lafayette; one daughter, Mrs. Neva Jean Erskins of Winnfield; two brothers, Frank Barton and the Rev. E. B. Barton, both of Winnfield; five sisters, Mrs. Irene Hughes and Mrs. Ophelia Simmons, of Shreveport, Mrs. Ella Mae Russ of Winnfield, Mrs. Johnny Cathy of Shreveport and Mrs. Ruth Brady of Winnfield; two grandsons. Pallbearers were Judge Harwell Allen, Marvin Carroway, Bobby Byrnes, Tom Hale, C. C. Taylor, L. L. Brewton, Sr.
