E. R. Dortch Rites Held Sunday

E. R. Dortch, 79, died Sunday, March 17, in a local hospital.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Hixson Funeral Home
chapel with the Rev. Willie James and the Rev. George Foster officiating. 
Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Survivors include his widow; a son, Percy Dortch of Springhill; two sisters,
Miss Daisy Dortch and Mrs. Angie Cosley of West Monroe; a brother, Ocie Dortch
of West Monroe; and a grandson.
