Howard O. Drewett
   Howard O. Drewett 75, of Route 1, Winnfield, died at 10:15 a.m.
Sunday, January 30, 1983 in Humana Hospital.
   Drewett was a native of Winnfield, a retired maintenance worker for
the state and a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
   Survivors include one aunt, Mrs. Lessie Row and several nieces and
nephews.
   Services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in chapel of Southern with the
Rev. Tom Fitzgerald officiating. Burial was in Old Union Cemetery near
Joyce.

(NOTE: Howard O. Drewett was born Nov. 23, 1907, the son of W.U. and
Idella Oliver Drewett. He married Mary Lou Cockerham.)
