T. A. Driggers Dies; Burial Held At Sardis

Funeral services for Thomas A. Driggers, 60, of Jonesboro, were held at 3 p.m.
at the Buck Edmonds Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro with the Rev. Ardis Smith
officiating.

Burial was in the Sardis Cemetery near Atlanta under the direction of Edmonds
Funeral Home of Jonesboro.

He died at 9:30 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 1975 at the Jackson Parish Hospital after
an apparent heart attack.

Mr. Driggers is survived by his widow, Mrs. Wanda Driggers, one son, Tommy
Driggers of Arcadia, one daughter, Mrs. Pat Moore of Jonesboro, two sisters,
Mrs. R. W. Strickland and Mrs. Troy Kyson, both of Winnfield, his parents, Mr.
and Mrs. A. M. Driggers of Winnfield and four grandchildren.
