Funeral services for Miss Jimmie Lee Durham, 23 years of age, who died at her home in Alexandria, Thursday, May 21, were held here last Friday afternoon. The Rev. Cullen, pastor of the Winnfield Baptist Church, had charge of the services. The remains were interred at the Winnfield Cemetery. The deceased is survived by her mother, Mrs. T. J. Durham, of Alexandria; three brothers, Dr. C. Q. Durham of Selma, Eddie Durham of Pollock, and J. Truett Durham of Russellville, Ark.; and one sister, Mrs. B. B. Long of Union Springs, Ala. Among the out of town relatives and friends attending the funeral were Mrs. Joab Durham and Miss Odell Durham of Atlanta, Mr. and Mrs. O. U. Payne of Pineville, nad S. E. Richardson and Clyde Durham of Alexandria, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Payne of Urania, Misses Willie G. Payne and Eugenia Payne of Louisiana College, Mrs. A. E. Davis and Mrs. Armstrong of Selma, Dr. and Mrs. G. W. Durham and Miss Georgia Payne of Winnsboro.
